Refund policy

RETURNS

For US returns, we will refund your order and pay for your return shipping.

For international returns, you will not be refunded the shipping cost and will be responsible to return the product to us at your own expense. Once we receive the product back, we will issue a full refund on the purchase price.

Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received, including the original packaging.

Please note in regards to protective face masks all orders are final and non-refundable. Exceptions are made if:

Wrong Order Received - If you think you received the wrong order please email us within 7 days of reception matching your purchase order number. Email us the issue along with clear pictures.

Defectiveness of Products - If you think you received defective items please email us within 7 days of reception matching your purchase order number. Email us the issue along with clear pictures. We reserve the right to refuse any claims.

For returns in the US please email info@kynsho.com for a pre-paid return shipping label. For international returns please email info@kynsho.com and mail package to Kynsho LLC, 495 Washington Ave, Suite 3E, Brooklyn, NY 11238. USA.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying that it has been received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
